5 Withdrawal Policy

- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed
- Withdrawals may be temporarily held in the case of suspicious transactions
5.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
For withdrawals above a certain amount, ck666 may request a National ID card, bank statement, or other relevant documents for identity verification. This is a standard process conducted in line with international financial security standards.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus

6.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses can only be used for playing on the ck666 platform — they cannot be withdrawn directly
- Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been met
- A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active
- If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled
- Each promotion has its own specific validity period, after which the bonus is automatically cancelled

7 Betting Rules
7.1 Bet Validity

7.2 Event Cancellations and Refunds
- If an event or match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded
- In sports betting, if a match is postponed and does not resume within the scheduled time, the bet may be cancelled
- In the event of a technical disruption during live betting, ck666's decision is final
7.3 Maximum Winnings Limit
ck666 sets maximum winning limits for various games and betting categories. These limits are stated on the relevant game or category page. If a particular event creates significant financial exposure, ck666 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake.
8 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited, and if detected, the account will be closed immediately:
- Placing artificial bets or counter-bets for the purpose of exploiting bonus benefits
- Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses
- Using software bots or automated tools to operate games
- Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform
- Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes
- Threatening, insulting, or harassing other players or staff
- Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information
9 Account Suspension and Closure

ck666 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice, particularly if a violation of these terms is detected.
9.2 User Rights
You may request to close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed, unless the account is being closed due to a violation.
9.3 Self-Exclusion

10 Limitation of Liability
ck666 will not be liable for any loss in the following situations:
- If gameplay is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical issues
- If unauthorised access to an account occurs due to the user's own failure to protect their login information
- If there is a disruption to the services of third-party payment providers
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, war, etc.)
ck666 does not accept liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses under any circumstances. The maximum liability in any case will not exceed the amount of funds held in the relevant user's account.
